Autoritaire Federatie Nederland (AFN)

Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Autoritaire Federatie Nederland (AFN) does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances. Data is only shared when strictly necessary to fulfill a legal obligation, and even then, this is done in a controlled and secure manner. The AFN remains fully responsible for any processing activities involving personal data and ensures that such actions are in line with applicable data protection laws.

If third parties are engaged to process data on our behalf (such as secure storage providers or communication tools), they are contractually bound to adhere to our privacy and security standards.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

As an individual, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Request correction or deletion of incorrect or outdated information

  • Object to or restrict certain data processing activities

  • File a complaint with a relevant data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated

How We Secure Personal Data

We take data protection seriously. The AFN employs appropriate technical, digital, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal data from:

  • Unauthorized access

  • Accidental loss

  • Alteration or destruction

  • Misuse or malicious activity

In case of any data breach, we will act swiftly in accordance with legal requirements and take appropriate measures to mitigate any harm.

In the event of doxxing, targeted harassment, or the unauthorized disclosure of personal information—particularly involving members of the AFN—we will respond swiftly and decisively.

  • The incident will be immediately reported to the appropriate national authorities, with full cooperation to initiate legal proceedings.

  • We will pursue legal action without hesitation, including pressing criminal charges where applicable.

  • Internally, the AFN will initiate strict countermeasures, including advanced tracking, surveillance, and containment protocols.

  • Those responsible will be held fully accountable—both legally and personally—for any consequences resulting from their actions.

Make no mistake: attempts to harm members of the AFN will not go unanswered. We will do everything within our power to ensure justice is served—swiftly, thoroughly, and without compromise.

The responsibility for any consequences resulting from such harm lies entirely with the perpetrator.
