Confidentiality & Document Access Policy

Applies to all AFN personnel with document-level access

Confidentiality Agreement

By accessing any AFN internal documents, you automatically agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of the information contained therein. Documents are restricted to authorized trainers of the respective branch.

You may not share, distribute, or reference these materials outside the designated trainer group under any circumstances, unless you have received explicit permission from AFN leadership.

Access Limitation

Access is granted exclusively to trainers who:

  • Meet specific eligibility criteria

  • Have been vetted and approved by relevant AFN leadership

  • Have acknowledged and agreed to the policies outlined in this statement

Any individual without such authorization is strictly prohibited from viewing, handling, or requesting access to these documents.

Non-Disclosure Policy

Failure to uphold confidentiality standards during any test will trigger immediate disciplinary action.
