Requirements

To take part in a tryout or training, you need to have the following requirements:

  • Demonstrate proficient roleplaying skills for effective portrayal of a medic in various in-game scenarios.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the English language with excellent grammar skills for clear communication.
  • Exhibit interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, fellow team members, and others.
  • Be capable of making split-second decisions in high-pressure situations to ensure prompt and appropriate medical care.
  • Display commitment to the principles and values of the Orange Front, including compassion, integrity, and professionalism.

Activities in Orange Front training sessions.

To pass a tryout or training, you will need to do the following.

Activities:

  1. Medical Tool Explanation Training: This session equips medical personnel with comprehensive knowledge of various medical tools and equipment used in clinical settings, enhancing their ability to articulate explanations of medical tools in clear and understandable terms.

  2. Medical Exam: A quiz designed to test trainees' knowledge of medical concepts and practices, covering various medical topics from AFN medical documents.

  3. Faces: Trainees engage in a grammar and reaction speed exercise by following verbal commands.

  4. Jacks: An exercise to improve typing speed, essential for quick communication during combat situations.

  5. Formations: Familiarization with various formations used in events.

  6. Obstacle Course: A teamwork-oriented exercise to complete within a specific time frame.

  7. Combat Medicine Training: Immersion in high-pressure combat scenarios to acquire essential skills for providing medical care in challenging and dynamic situations.

  8. Emergency Driving Training: Development of essential driving skills and response capabilities to efficiently and safely navigate through urban environments to reach injured individuals in need of urgent medical assistance.

  • Commanding Officer (CO):
    • Responsibilities: 

      The CO is the highest-ranking leader of a unit, branch, or division, responsible for overall command and decision-making. Their responsibilities include:

      • Strategic Leadership: Setting goals, missions, and long-term plans for the unit.
      • Operational Oversight: Ensuring that all orders and policies are executed effectively.
      • Personnel Management: Overseeing recruitment, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
      • Representing the Unit: Acting as the face of the branch in higher-level meetings or public events.
      • Security & Order: Ensuring loyalty, discipline, and the integrity of the unit.

        The XO is the second-in-command, supporting the CO and stepping in when necessary. Their responsibilities include:

        • Enforcing Orders: Making sure that CO directives are carried out properly.
        • Supervision: Overseeing day-to-day activities and operations.
        • Administrative Duties: Managing reports, schedules, and internal communications.
        • Training & Readiness: Ensuring that personnel are properly trained and prepared for their roles.
